The RPM is a monthly functional movement assessment, soft tissue treatment session and personalized mobility routine that will help prevent &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; treat any soft tissue injuries related to being an active person. Coach Johnny B utilizes the TPI (Titlest Pro Institute) golf assessment looks at 13 movement patterns that are important to the golf swing. The physical screen assesses how well your body can move and support itself during the golf swing. Based on your screen results he will create a custom program of exercise to do at home to fix any errors.
